Would a dslr camera bought from China work in the US?

If I were to buy a camera (say, Canon or Nikon) would it have the same settings as the ones from US? Would there be any difference?

Yes it will work in the US. In the settings you can usually set the language and time zone.

Although be careful because the charging cord might not match the US Socket, so you will need an adapter maybe.

Speaking of charging, you'd probably be better off just buying a charger built for the US 110 volt instead of China's 220
