How to set up continuous frames on nikon d60?

Camera settings for the Grand Canyon?
I'm going to Vegas in 4 weeks time and I'm hoping to see The Grand Canyon. I want to make sure I can get the best possible pictures from my camera. I would be grateful for any recommended settings.
I have a Nikon D60 18-55mm.
Should I put my camera on aperture setting or Manual? Should I set the ISO or leave it as automatic? I also have a circular polariser - should I use this?
Please also feel free to recommend settings for the Las Vegas strip - day and night time shots/the bellagio fountains!

Nikon verses Canon, which is better?
I'm looking into buying a camera, it will be my first DSLR so i don't know where to start. My mom has a canon rebel xs and i use it some, it takes pretty good pictures but i don't like it too much. Not sure why. It doesn't focus great and stuff. Just not right for me. She just uses it for day to day things and then some photography on the side. Its mostly used for my cross country races and stuff cause it takes great action shots. And with the right lens the zoom is great. Its great for her but not for me i guess.well i was looking at the Nikon D3000 but then i found out it has no live view. I still like it though and its my top choice, but then i looked into the Canon rebel t1i and saw some pictures taken by it, and they are really nice. Its more pricey but the pictures are great. I don't know which one. Do you have one of these cameras if so how do you like it? Which do you like better? I'm a begginer but i've been taking pictures for a really long time so i guess a mix of begginer and more experienced lol i'm not sure. My first real camera, so i want to make the right choice.

What are some good sites to sell nature / wild life photography for money?
I know of Fineartsamerica.com and Imagekind.com
I need income on sites that have more buyers then sellers something to make me 20 bucks a month or more a month if I can. If some months give me nothing I'll be fine with that. I just want to make some money.
I'm very new at photography and being a student with no job really hurts. I need to make money some how and would like my hobby to make my some money.
I have a Nikon D3000 with up to zoom 200 lens…
If you have any suggestions or websites to help me out it would be great thanks.
More links or information the better!
Take care, Tyler!

Nikon 50mm F1.8 VS Nikon 35mm 1.8 or both?
I'm picking up a new D7000 and I'm wondering what lens I should get. I know both are great, and that the 50mm is cheaper. Which one would be better, here is what I intend to do:
Landscapes
Portraits
Candids
Mall Shot
Hang out
So, if I were to only get one, which one would it be? And would it really be worth geting both? I could walk the difference of 15mm.

Can I transfer photos from computer back onto camera?
I'm using iphoto on a mac and a Nikon D3000. I was wondering if it is possible to transfer photos that I have on my computer back onto the memory card that I accidentally deleted them from.

How to make my photos higher resolution with a Canon digital Rebel? Or a Nikon D3100?
I'm sending photos out to be printed. I have my Canon set to "large" and "high quality" in the settings. However, I'm warned not to print more than 20" x 30", the images are about 3000 x 2500 resolution. For this project, I'm looking to print something around 40" x 60" or 48" x 72"… So, clearly much larger. The ideal resolution for these photos is around 6000/7000.Am I doing something wrong? How can I get optimal resolution on either of these cameras? I assume the higher resolution will come from the Nikon, since it has almost double the amount of megapixels. If someone helps me out on this, ten points to best answer. I really can't figure it out -- especially since the Nikon is a camera I'm borrowing and am not too familiar with.
This is the Canon Digital Rebel model I have available to me (I believe it's a 300D EOS, 8 megapixels):
This is the Nikon Digital I have available to me (Nikon D3100, 14.2 megapixels):
Other information that may be helpful: I'm uploading them onto a Mac, into Iphoto (should I be uploading them somewhere else? Is this changing the resolution?) Can I change the resolution in Photoshop somehow? I do have the program.
Ten points and LOTS of gratitude to whoever helps out!
