Best entry level DSLR that records 1080p?

So i'm a keen photographer. Less that a year ago i bought a digital camera that looks like a DSLR which films in 1080p. My parents talked me out of a dslr because i couldn't film with ones in my price range.
Now, with jobs coming thick and fast, i have found that the Nikon D3100 seems to have everything i'm looking for in a mid range camera which is what i'm looking for.

Would this be a good camera to go for? Are they're any similar models?

my budget is yet to exist, but i can say no more than £600.plus i don't want to be in need of a new lense not long after my purchase.

Lens and filter kits on ebay.how well do they work?

I'm wanting to purchase a filter set for my nikon d5000 on ebay and in the 'kit' it has 2 lenses: macro & tele that I believe can attach to your lenses or the camera. I was wondering how well these work and if it would be worth the purchase of the entire kit or if I should just purchase the filters separately and be done with it.
Here's a link to the ebay product I'm referring to:

Added (1). Thanks and like I said on my other question… Sorry I posted it twice… It said my other one had been deleted. But thanks to those that answered both posts… Very helpful!

Viewfinder is blurry with Nikon D3000?

I just got back from a trip abroad where I had been using my camera and it was functioning perfectly. I stored it safely, but when I returned the viewfinder was a little messed up. Whenever I look through it, everything is blurry, but photos still come out fine. I can still refocus both manually and automatically and zoom and everything, but the optical viewfinder is just very blurry. Also, when I focus, I can notice the image in the viewfinder similarly getting more or less blurry, but its normal "focused" stage is still very blurry. I've tried switching lenses which doesn't seem to work. As I said, photos come out perfectly fine. What could the problem be and how could I fix it?

How to clean my DSLR mirror?

I bought Nikon D3100 few months ago.last week i noticed some dust particles clogged on the mirror(I cud see the dust from view finder, but my image was clear with out any dust particles). Then i tried to clean it with the blower but failed. Then I tried with a brush which i bought with the cleaning kit from Jessops(£5 kit). Sadly instead of cleaning, that brush even more messed with the mirror. I think few hair(2 strands) from the brush is now sitting on the mirror. Or worst case brush might have scratched the mirror coating. My concern is, how do i clean the mirror in this situation? If I take pictures now, will it damage the sensor as well?

Can I trigger wirelessly SB-700 with my Nikon D3100?

I own a Nikon D3100 and planning to buy speedlight. I know that SB-700 can be mounted onto D3100. But, can D3100 remotely (wirelessly) trigger SB-700. If yes, what is the wireless range covered, meaning the distance from the camera to speedlight. Since I don't see any guide in the internet for doing so…

Over exposure display, Nikon D40?

How do I get the feature turned back on that flashes the overexposed portions of the photo on the display after taking the picture? Mine has stopped and I use that quite a bit with manual lenses.
