Lens and filter kits on ebay.how well do they work?

I'm wanting to purchase a filter set for my nikon d5000 on ebay and in the 'kit' it has 2 lenses: macro & tele that I believe can attach to your lenses or the camera. I was wondering how well these work and if it would be worth the purchase of the entire kit or if I should just purchase the filters separately and be done with it.
Here's a link to the ebay product I'm referring to:

Added (1). Thanks and like I said on my other question… Sorry I posted it twice… It said my other one had been deleted. But thanks to those that answered both posts… Very helpful!

In my opinion they are a total waste of money. To give you a comparison, I paid over $100.00 for a circular polarizer filter. It was a good investment for my landscape photography.
So avoid those so-called "lens & filter kits" like you'd avoid the plague.
If you want to spend money and actually improve your outdoor photography invest in a good quality circular polarizer from B+W, Hoya, Heliopan or Tiffen.

Nothing in that eBay item is worth buying.
This is the filter you need - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/...500wt_1156
And later maybe get some and filters.
Use RAW recording and you don't need coloured filters.
For telephoto, wide-angle or macro, buy new lenses. Not cheap but these add-on things are rubbish.
