Nikon d3100 and Nikon 50mm f/1.8 D AF Lens?
I'm getting a Nikon d3100 (which does not have a built in Auto Focus Motor) and want to get a Nikon 50mm f/1.8 D AF Lens with it.
People say that it won't autofocus with it.
What does this mean? Does it mean it won't autofocus videos or pictures as well? Could you please explain this to me?

I'm looking for a good travel tripod that is not too heavy to carry around & won't put a strain on me. I'm traveling to Prague & I will be doing a lot of walking. I plan to carry my D90 with battery grip attached. The lenses I will be using is a Nikon 10-24 & a 28-300. That being said I need it sturdy enough for proper support. I would like to keep my budget under $150. I also prefer to have a ball head vs a pan.

My nikon d3000 camera won't turn on. It's not the battery (I bough a new one and it doesn't work either) and nothing happened to it. It just randomly didn't turn on. Please help! Yesterday when i tired turning it on it said something about the battery needed to be replaced but i don't know:/ Help!

I bought a nikon d5000 with 18 - 55mm lens, now i wish to upgrade it with an 70 -300mm lens as mentioned above but i found the price to be cheap, is this a manual or Auto focus lens and if i buy will it be compatible with my D5000, suggestions please.
