My nikon d3100 won't turn on?

Hi! My nikon d3100 won't turn on. I just got the camera and let it charge overnight, also the on/off but has like 2 clicks to it.

Well, either the battery is not charged, it's in the wrong way or you got a defective one

Please check weather you properly battery inserted it or not than check battery charged or not if both conditions are ok than concert your shop where you got it.

Did you charge it by putting the removable battery into the external charger provided? If you used the Usb to computer cable, you'll find that that's only for transfering pictures, not for charging the camera.

I was just wondering, as that question has been asked many many times on here.

I've the same problem here.i've charged the battery overnight, and it's en el 14 and I got the mh-24 for the charging thing. It still doesn't wanna turn on how many times i tried click the on/off button.
