Snowboard photography set-up?

I'm getting started in snowboard photography and am wondering whether this is a good set-up. I'm looking to photograph much like this video (
My set-up will be:
1. Nikon D5000
2. Nikkor 80-200mm vr af-s
3. Nikkor 24-70mm vr
4. Nikkor 12-24mm vr
5. Yongnuo yn-460 flash
6. Cowboy studio flash remote receiver

Do you think that this is a good set-up for this type of snowboard photography, if there are any other lenses or accessories that you think are better than any that I mentioned then please comment them.

I'm only 16 so I'm an absolute amateur. I use a Nikon D40. I'm not going to ask you to "go easy on me I'm only 16", but please don't be rude. Thanks.

How much money should I charge as a photographer?

I'm a computer engineering student in university and one of my hobbies is photography. I have a Nikon D5000 with 3 lenses, and a couple cheap lighting equipment that I've been using for a while on my friends and dog (to practice).

Through a referral, another student at my university gave me a call and asked if I could do a photoshoot for his fashion blog start-up. I've played around with the concepts of portraits, but never in a professional setting, but I agreed, offering him a free photoshoot to see if he still wanted to hire me afterwards.

After we first met he lets me know that he is on a tight budget which is why he didn't want to go to other more professional photographers, but I wasn't a professional so I proceeded to give it my best shot (no pun intended). So I take the photos for about 5 hours, with 3 different outfits each (there were two guys) all around campus, using my 50mm, umbrella, reflector, and remote trigger to balance light and shoot at wider apertures for that nice portrait-with-bokeh look. Turns out they love it, and they agreed to hire me, however, I have not thought of what I would charge yet. This IS just a hobby of mine and I love doing it, but it was quite a workout being their personal photographer all over the place, so I'd like to still be paid reasonably.

I guess my question is, take a look at these photos below that I took today:

And tell me what I'm worth, lol

I was thinking an hourly wage of some sort (with a max.limit of 5 hours) would be a pretty good idea
ALSO: Should you have any constructive criticism for my methods, please do share, as I'm always looking for better ways to take photos

Iphoto with ILife '11 vs Aperture vs other?

I'm an amateur photographer that is looking to improve my skill. I recently purchased a Nikon D3100 and am looking for a photo editing / organizing program. I have Iphoto which has been decent so far, but I think I've outgrown it!
What is the difference between Iphoto with the new ILife '11 and Mac's application Aperture?
Also, any opinions on Acdsee Pro 4? Compared to Light Room?
Again, I'm just an amateur, and I don't think I need the best of the best… The more user-friendly, the better!

Digital camera similar to the Nikon D80?

I need a digital camera for school, job, and fun. I wanted the Nikon D80, but they no longer sell those. The camera needs to be Nikon brand, but the specific version doesn't matter that much. It will be my first professional camera, so it doesn't need to be that advanced. However, I want something better than the base model. Any suggestions? All help is appreciated!
