Nikon 35mm f/1.8G AF-S DX Lens vs Nikon 50mm f/1.8D AF Nikkor Lens for Nikon D90?
I'm pretty new to this field.
Which one do you suggest to buy for my Nikon D90? I want it used for indoor photography.
Do i need a special lens to take a family pictures or anything like night sky with stars picture also like to see fireworks? Cause i tryed take a picture fireworks last night and it didn't let me click to take a picture. So wonder if i need one of flashgun or is it cause place i was to dark?
Reversed Ring Issues for Nikon D3100
I just bought a reversed ring mount for my DSLR, The Fotodiox 52mm Filter Thread Lens and for some reason when I attached it and turned my camera on, the screen reads "Lens Not Attached". When I clicked on the info button it read "Check Lens. Non-CPU lenses can be used in Manual mode only" So I switched it to Manual by moving the slider from "A" to "M" (maybe that's not necessarily switching it to manual… I don't know) So what's wrong with it and how can I fix it so that it will take pictures?

Why do my portrait pictures come out blurry?
I'm using a Nikon D3100, taking portrait inside with different lighting. I've used the portrait setting, night portrait setting (was told this is good for indoor), and auto. Only three came out clear. Does anyone know what setting or f stops will fix this? I plan on bringing the tripod next time but I know there has to be something on the camera that should fix this.
This is going to be shown in front of many people so I want it to look good.
Added (1). I've already gone through the manual and it does not say.
Added (2). I'm also going to minor in photography.that's why I bought the camera. SLR is a step up from a point and shoot so I'm trying to get used to the settings over the summer.
Which camera is best for equine photography?
I have been looking at purchasing a dSLR, and I think now my search has narrowed to the Nikon D60 and the Nikon D70. Which camera would be best for equine photography? (both close up stills and high paced, high action work- like horses jumping). I would also like that it be able to handle low light situations- like indoor arenas. Any lens suggestions also? Feel free to suggest other cameras that might work for my needs.
Just bought a Nikon D3100, having trouble editing its HD video on my laptop?
Tried using Windows Movie Maker, Windows Live Movie Maker and Videopad Video Editor (free NCS Software download) and none of these are working as the vision lags really badly although the sound is playing fine. What is the problem and how do I solve it quickly? Urgent help needed guys.

Nikon D5100 + SU-800 = No onboard flash?
I'm considering getting a D5100 but I'm concerned about the flash limitations. I have an SB-600 and will at times want to use this off-camera for macro work. The problem is that I like to use SB-600 off-camera with my D90 AND use onboard flash. I know that there are various ways to achieve D5100 + SB-600 off-camera (TTL cords, SU-800, radio transmitters etc) but I assume that as all of these gadgets attach to the hotshoe of the D5100, the camera will automatically lock the onboard flash from use?
Will a nikon 80-200 f/2.8 atofocus on a D90?
I have been looking a getting a nikon 80-200 f/2.8d ed but have herd some people say that it will not atofocus on some nikons will i work on my D90.
