Can i use my slr's external wireless flash during video?
I just bought a sigma EF 610 DG SUPER external flash to go with my nikon d5100.i've never used an external flash before and i'm still familiarising myself with it but i think so far i've managed to understand its basic functions when used for still photography. I was wondering though is it possibly to use my flash as an open source of light during a video shoot? Or are these only capable of making instantaneous flashes?
I have the feeling it most probably does not do what i just asked but i'm just hoping, it would help me a lot if it does.

Nikon D5100 vs Canon T2i
I like them both but of course I can't get both.
I like how the Nikon D5100 has 11 AF Points vs 9 on the Canon and that the Nikon D5100 has a newer sensor. While the Canon T2i sensor is a 2009 sensor.
BUT, I also like how the Canon gives you really good videos. Also I'm more familiar with Canon lenses than Nikon. (Had a Canon before) Nikon lenses confuse me cause they have all these XD Lenses and FX lenses. It all confuses me.
Their both like apples and oranges to me honestly. If I pick Nikon, I will lose the great video quality that Canon gives me but, If I pick Nikon, I get 11 AF Points and a newer sensor. But I'm confused with the lenses and etc. Never really picked up a Nikon.
Please tell me which one I should pick. I can always get the Nikon and just video tape on a compact camera from canon. So should I just go with that?

Nikkor 18-300mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR. OR. Nikon Zoom-Nikkor 70-200mm F/2.8G VR AF-S Lens? Now I know both of these lens are expensive, I can only buy one of them but the question is… Which one is the most worthy len? The most fast and sharp len.

How to auto focus in video mode on a nikon d90?
How do i focus in video mode on my d90 without rotating the ring?

I'm a photographer and am looking to upgrade my camera. I want to buy a Nikon D7000, preferably in a kit that comes with two lenses, a carrying case, and a memory card. I found a kit on Ebay for about $1, 200.
I've never bought anything off of Ebay before, and this looks pretty sketchy even though all the reviews I've read are positive. It's highly undervalued for a camera kit of its kind, which is why I feel it's sketchy.
Anyone have any tips or advice?
Here's the link to the camera, please if you think it's a rip off, let me know!

Canon EOS 60D DSLR or Nikon's D7000?
I want a camera that's very good in low light situations, a camera that can take fast movements pictures (example: taking pictures of someone on a whitewater rafting), weddings, portraits, scenery. And also has a good battery life.
Which one will be best? I'm starting a new venture as a photographer but do not have enough money to buy the best and expensive camera. Please help me with suggestions. Thanks in advance.
In addition, can I get suggestions on which lens to use for each camera that can help me take bring life to my pictures?
