Which one: Canon EOS 60D DSLR or Nikon's D7000?

I want a camera that's very good in low light situations, a camera that can take fast movements pictures (example: taking pictures of someone on a whitewater rafting), weddings, portraits, scenery.
Which one will be best? I'm starting a new venture as a photographer but do not have enough money to buy the best and expensive camera.

Either camera is fine, it's your choice of lenses that will make the difference.

They are both fine cameras. If you have friends that either own Canon or Nikon cameras, buy the same brand as them, since you can share lenses and learn from each other.
