Should I trade my Nikon D5100?

I'm really into filmmaking and I was wondering what other good budget friendly dslr's are there that are really good quality for filmmaking, cinematography, etc? & I know Canon is a really good one, but which model of Canon?

Best nikon lens (nature, landscape& portrait)?

What is the best Nikon lens for nature shots, weddings and senior pictures? I have a nikon d3000 and 2 thousand dollars to spend on a lens. I have looking around and Nikkor 24-70mm f/2.8G ED AF-S Telephoto Lens seems perfect. But if someone else can give me an other options or information that would be great!

Nikkor 24-85 or 16-85 for DX body?

I have a D5200 and wanted to upgrade to either one of these lenses. Witch one is sharper and has better IQ. My main use is portraits. I have read on a website (slrgear) that a 24-85 on a d7000 is tack-sharp, but 16-85 is said to be pretty sharp too! I'm totally confused?

I want to buy a good microphone to use with my Nikon D3100 camera, but I don't know what are considered good mics for certain types of things, or like what the difference between condenser mics and the other type are, or what would be the best choice in type of mic and brand. I mainly just want an external microphone so I can better record the voices of people or things that i'm filming that are a little too far away for my camera to hear. If anyone is some type of microphone guru and can give me the lowdown on the information i'm seeking, and what type of mic and brand would be best for me, please let me know.
