Messenger bag recommendations? 1x dslr w/lens attached, 1x lens, 1x flash?

Any recommendations for a shoulder bag (messenger-type) that's small but can fit:

1x pro-size dslr (Nikon D750 with battery grip) with an attached medium sized zoom
1x extra medium sized zoom
1x flash

And a pocket to fit documents.

I've been looking at the ThinkTank Retrospective 7 http://www.bhphotovideo.com/...r_Bag.html but it's expensive.

Safe to shoot non-weathersealed lens during snowfall?

My dslr is weathersealed but my lens is NOT weathersealed.

Outside, there are heavy winds and lots of snow, so there's snow hovering around in all directions. Can I safely shoot my setup outside (ground level, just environment portraits) with no damage to the lens and body? I'm not sure if I'm being overly cautious.

How about if there was minimal wind but just some snow falling? I would rather ask for input rather than assume.

dslr: Nikon D750
lens: Zeiss 28mm f/2

Audio out of TV (headphone jack) into Nikon D3300 audio in for video?

I would like to be able to come from the headphone jack (audio out) and put it into the audio in on my D3300? I don't want to blow any speakers in my camera.

Added (1). I like the Canon GX7 because of the flip screen and it's compact size but still on the fence.

Added (2). Or should I pay $450 for a used Canon T5i DSLR for better image quality?

Added (3). UPDATE: I ended up purchasing the Nikon D3300 DSLR and couldn't be more in love with the pic quality. I figured instead of paying a ton of money for a point and shoot, I could just spend that same money on an entry level DSLR.
