Best Softbox Kit for Portrait Photography?

I'm looking into eventually purchasing a softbox kit for my photography business. I'm new with lighting kits but it's something I want to get into. I shadowed another photographer who owns one and I really liked his softbox kit compared to the old style umbrella continuous lighting kits. I want to find a kit where instead of having continous light, the softbox lights are only activated every time the shutter releases on my camera. What are some kits that are fairly cheap? I use a Nikon DSLR camera

Best lens for wide angle fashion shoot?

My sister is starting her fashion label. She wants to do a editorial shoot in the forest. There are a lot of bush tracks in our area but because it is hilly here there aren't big open spaces to play around with. We're restricted to tracks with a bank on one side and drop off the other side, with beautiful trees on either side and a stream running below… Get the picture? So anyway, she wants shots of her models on the track and also down the bank a little (with very little space to step back and take the shot!) so we're needing a flexible wide lens. Also my camera is a Nikon with cropped sensor. Any suggestions?

About how much is this Nikon SLR camera worth?

I found this old camera lying around and I have no knowledge of film cameras and the year of the camera model is unclear upon inspection. All I know is that it is a Nikon FG in very good condition and it has a lens. Also if you could help me identify the year of the camera that should help me get an idea of how much it's worth because different years have various prices on eBay and Amazon.

SD card error message on Nikon D3300 and not recognized by any computer?

I recently got a Nikon D3300 along with a 64GB PNY SD card to go with for Christmas. However, just the other day, I turned on my camera and it gave me the error message: "Memory card can't be used. Card may be damaged. Insert another card."
I had recently gone over to a friend's with the camera but I used it a few times there and it was fine. To me it seems like this happened out of the blue.
This card isn't even a month old and neither is the camera.
I'm worried I messed something up when I copied files to the desktop of my Wacom.
The computers I tried accessing the card with are a Toshiba Satellite C55 Series and a Wacom Cintiq Companion.

Help urgently needed with Nikon D7100 camera?

I'm in urgent need of anyone who can help me fix my camera in any way. I got the Nikon D7100 model last November (2014) for my birthday and it's served me brilliantly well. However, in the past month or so, I've noticed that the photos have become increasingly grainy, especially in sport mode and in low light. I have tried everything; cleaning the lens, changing the lens, cleaning the view finder, cleaning the monitor, cleaning the part where the lens clicks in, changed the exposure settings, everything I could think of but so far nothing has worked. I really want to progress with my photography and I have an Instagram account with over 5k followers, but if I have a non-working camera, I don't know what I'll do! Any help, big or small, is very much appreciated!

Ideas for creative portrait lenses?

I've been looking at getting a new lens and have really been enjoying a lot of portraiture. Realising this is the main style I would like to pursue, I thought a lens that would be suitable for this would be best, however, I wasn't just looking for an average lens as I've already got a fairly decent one, I was thinking about some slightly more creative ones I suppose. I started thinking about this when I saw some of the lensbaby products which seemed to have a really nice effect for portraits and macro photography etc but I've heard mixed opinions when looking into it. Does anyone have any suggestions of a nice and quite versatile lens for a Nikon DSLR? I'm not totally sure what I'm after so far so I'm open to suggestions.

Audio not playing over computer?

Hi, today I recorded some videos on my Nikon camera, played them on the camera, and all of the audio played as I watched the videos. When I put the SD card in the computer however, and reviewed the videos from there, none of the audio is playing. I also attempted uploading to Youtube, and no audio is coming from there either. I would like to fix this problem so I can record today, help please!

Any good cameras for youtubing?

I'm looking for a camera that has a flip-out screen so you can see yourself and is easy to carry and is portable. (preferably a canon or nikon). And I'm also look for a good lens that can focus on you with a movie-looking blurry background. Price range $400-$900.

Where to get old Nikon serviced?

Where to get old Nikon serviced? - 1

Added (1). I have an old Nikon F2 that I haven't used in years. I'm seeing more people use film again and am interested in shooting with it. Is there someplace you'd recommend to take it for service? It's been sitting for quite some time so I imagine it needs a good once over. I don't think anything's wrong with it but it probably needs to be cleaned.
