Can I use modern slr camera lenses with old cameras?
I want to get into photography very badly. I want to start off with an older camera because A. I don't have much money B. I like the vintage look of the pictures they take. I've found some cameras on Amazon for good prices that have really good ratings and what not. The thing is though, I want to be able to use different lenses with the camera (fish eye). Can I use modern camera lenses with old 35mm cameras?
The camera that I'm looking at is the Nikon N75.
Any suggestions?
Also, I know nothing about cameras, but you might have already been able to tell.

Nikon 50mm 1.8 or Rokinon 85mm 1.4?
I already own a 35mm 1.8 Nikon and use it mostly for portraits and street photography, however, I want to try a different focal length, I think it should be interesting. The 50mm is good, the aperture is great, but I don't know if I'm gonna be working in almost the same range of the 35mm one. The 85mm would be a fine choice because I have never worked with a lens with that focal length, and it requires me to do things I want to learn like metering. I'm interested in learning, but I don't know if the 85mm is a good choice if I'm gonna be using it for portraits and street photography.
I want a camera that takes very good quality but I don't know much about camera's. It's not for photography for anything so nothing professional. I just want a camera that can make pictures look high quality. I was told to get a Nikon.
Suggestions?
Nothing over 800$-900$ please, thats about as high as I can go.
