How to chek Lens Compatibility For a SLR Camera?
I have seen so many advertisements offering cheap Lenses in internet. But How can i check that Lense is Compatible for My SLR Camera (Nikon 3200)
Which better suits my needs: Nikon vs Canon?
I really want an SLR and have decided that I will either get a Nikon or a Canon. What are the strengths and weaknesses of each? I'm interested in going into nature and landscape photography but will branch out and do all sorts of things. I will try to get the most out of my camera and use almost all of the settings. Which brand generally has better clarity and less noise? Does one have a better shutter speed priority setting? Which is better for macro photography? Which is more durable? Lastly, what is your opinion?
How does the elements and groups in a lens effect the picture quality?
How does it effect the bokeh (out-of-focus part of the picture)?
So, for example:
Nikon 50mm f/1.8D-6 element in 6 group
Nikon 50mm f/1.8G-9 element in 9 group
so which lens will create a sharper image and which one will create a better bokeh?
Do regular camera lenses work on progressive scan CCD cameras?
I have an Imperx B4820 camera with a Nikon F-mount and wan to know what lenses will work.
How to open the film door on my Nikon FM2?
I just inherited my mom's old fm2 because I told her I wanted to take up film photography. I went to take the film out and the door won't open. I think I might be doing it wrong, although it seems like it's just jammed. I'm holding the release lever down but it won't open.
Could you give me step by step instructions? If it happens to be jammed, how would I open it?
Batteries for my camera won't work?
I have a Nikon ooolpix L26 and for a while now it won't work on AA batteries. I have the settings checked to alkaline batteries but it only takes a couple frames before turning off and videos are out the question.
Added (1). It happens when i put new batteries in
I want to buy a new camera and I'm considering Nikon. Above all, it's important to record some videos in HD (1080p preferably, but 720p is not bad). What do you think about that? Is a good choice?
I'm wanting a camera for a-levels and just every day social networking sites which one?
Fujifilm Finepix S4400 or Nikon L810 I have seen on the Internet and seem quite good I would prefer the camera to be bewtween £100 - £200 no higher
Rewind problems with Nikon N4004?
I have a Nikon N4004. I used a roll of film with 24 exposures. When I used up all the exposures, I hit the rewind button. I can hear the camera rewinding, but the film itself does not rewind. I left to to rewind for at least 5 minutes. I finally stopped it and saw that the film did not roll in at all. Any suggestions of what my be wrong?
Added (1). Yes, I'm aware that it would expose all the film and ruin it. But I had no choice but to open it as it was taking a rather long time. As I opened it, I discovered that the film had not moved at all.
Are Nikon and Canon actually better than other traditional photo brands?
I mean, we all have met at least once a person who claims that another traditional brand -basically Olympus, Pentax or even Minolta-, were on par oe even better than the two big names…
I've heard for example that Minolta did the technological advances before any other brand, and that Olympus and Pentax manufactured smaller and better built cameras than Nikon and Canon…
The point is if these die hard fans of the brands mentioned above have facts to support their words or they are being subjective with these expressions?
