Any good digital Camera with HDR picture capability under 10000 INR?

I selected Benq AE100, but many people are suggesting me not to go with a BenQ.
So, please suggest me a good camera with similar specifications of some good camera brands(Sony, Canon, Nikon)
HDR picture capability and minimun 720p recording is must.

I don't think you will get a digital Camera with HDR picture capability under 10000 INR. I have seen a couple of cameras like Samsung NV24HD, Panasonic DMC-TZ5 and Kodak. You have to spend minimum 16000 to 17000 for such a camera quality.
