I wanted an opinion on this camera http://www.ebay.com/...0670361836
I'm not an expert of cameras, I also wanted info about what to look on a camera, I don't really like the digital camera (the cheaper and smaller ones) because of their quality and inability of focus… Can you guys help me?
Some suggestions might be just great
I need some suggestions from the expert. Well, some intro about me:
I'm a student and I snap most of: interior design [cars, houses, mansions, toilets and everything interior] | extreme lover <- I love jungle trekking, hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, wind surfing, street surfing, | traveler | musician | nature lover | photograph maniac < quoted by many people.
that's all that explains all about me. I'm an outdoor freak! Hehe
About getting a DSLR for my first time. [I snap photos only with Sony compact camera] I can't make up my mind on what to buy actually. Either Canon [most preferred by expert but I'm not that expert], Nikon [most outdoor lovers use this but I snap indoor also], Pentax | Fujifilm | Sony…
uh, can somebody help me out? Please (n, n)

What camera is better or what do you prefer and why?
Why do everyone thinks Kodak sucks?
I been using Kodak cameras for a while now. I had a kodak easyshare c143 for almost 3 years now. At first i was having problems with it and i previously posted a question about it. Everyone told me to just throw it away and get something more expensive like canon and nikon and that kodak was bad. I really didn't believe no one so i did more research and i learn that i was using the wrong batteries for it. I Almost THREW AWAY A PERFECTLY GOOD CAMERA. Anyway i continue using it until now. For christmas my dad got me a Kodak z990. I been using it ever since. It take Really good pictures and the zoom is wonderful. It takes even better pictures than my brother's nikon. My picture comes out clear while his comes out yellowish orange. And i can't compare kodak with canon. I believe canon is wonderful but canon is so expensive and my parents can't afford it. And my kodak z990 takes the same quality pictures than my friend's canon rebel EOS 600D.
Can someone explain why everyone thinks Kodak is bad? Am I just consider lucky? Or maybe because people drop their camera and expect it to still work.
Advice on Lens mount adapter Nikon to Canon EF?
I'm looking for an adapter to fit AI/AIS lens, i come across different names on adapter.
two of them says Nikon AI to Canon EOS
the other says Nikon F mount to Canon EOS
my question is, are two of them actually different kind of mount or the same?
and if you can recommend a brand that does this well, i would really appreciate it.
i found Fotodiox and Pixco, what you think?
please don't recommend me to stick with canon EF lenses. I want to play around with different lens.
Which Nikon and / or Canon DSLR has the most megapixel as of Jan 2013?
I have had the Canon EOS 1100d for a year now and it only has 12.1 MEgaPixels. I would like to get a new DSLR body with much more Megapixels. I will be using the camera for astrophotography so the more megapixels I have, the more bigger the image will be. This is for the future, but I'm just asking this now.
Added (1). I do own two canon lenses for a DSLR, do you think it would be wise to keep buying Canon stuff so I don't have to buy new lens for Nikon because Canon lenses are all I have. It may be more convenient since I already can use Canon lenses. The Canon lenses won't work on the Nikon right?
What is your opinion of the Nikon D5200?
What is your opinion of the Nikon D5200?
Canon VS SONY VS Nikon. Which brand is best in D SLR's Camera?
Canon VS SONY VS Nikon
Also please give reasons for it.
Secretly, is alt/indie music the biggest music genre in the world?
Lol, this is a weird idea.
OK, so right now it might seem like R&B and the Justin Bieber crowd are the definition of 'mainstream'. But I've been thinking. Indie music is everywhere. It's used in so many TV programmes (Grey's Anatomy is a prime example), to evoke emotions in audiences. It's used in adverts to encourage people to buy things (Nikon used Radical Face recently, there are so many other examples). It's used in games too. Even in shows like the X-Factor, the performances best received by the audience seem to be the alt-indie ones (in the UK, that is, and they're usually ballads, but still indie). Even in the Olympics, the commentators noticed how all the competitors from all the different countries seemed to know the lyrics to Oasis' Wonderwall. Also, no one can hate the indie scene in it's entirety. It's impossible, because it's so versatile. You're bound to like at least one indie song (probably Chasing Cars, lol) no matter what genre you're into (except maybe death metal, I dunno… ).
So what do people think? Has indie music, like a ninja, become the biggest music genre in the world without people even noticing?
Haha I know this is ridiculous, but I'd like to see some arguments for and against! Best argument either way wins the points.
Have fun XD
Added (1). @xxhavefaithxx, I agree with you.
Someone else commented on alternative and indie being pointless terms… I kind of feel awkward using them myself, but it's usually the way I explain my music taste to friends because it's so hard to label the majority of music I like. I mean, it wouldn't be true if I said 'I like most types of music', even though the labelled 'alternative' and 'indie' music does tend to incorporate most musical styles…
And sorry to anyone who likes death metal and indie… That was a stupid throwaway comment from me, just because of someone I know… Ignore that. It was a bit noob-ish.
Added (2). A, I'm trying to choose your answer as best, but the thing won't let me. Expect 10 points soon.
Added (3). @A
Interesting point! I'm like you. I grew up with indie music because of my dad and I love it because, like you said, it's so honest, personal and real. I hate it when people say they like/hate music for a reason not to do with the music itself. Hopefully indie music won't get big for all the wrong reasons. Nice argument.
Can you do bokeh with a Nikon 1 J1?
I have the Nikon 1 J1 camera and I want to capture bokeh with it. Unfortunately I only have the 10-30mm lens, and I'm wondering if it's possible to do so because I researched that you need at least a 55mm lens to capture bokeh.
