How good is my camera Nikon P530? And its photos?

I recently bought a nikon p530. I'm a bit dissapointed. The images are not that sharp in Manual mode. Yes this is the first time I'm using a camera of this type. Wanted a DSLR but had no money. Is it my fault that the images are not sharp in all the manual modes. And yesterday I was trying to focus a dragonfly but was unable to do so.in any of the modes. And the auto mode can't give me the type of images I want. Well I got some shots.

Why this particular DSLR Camera Nikon D 90 is Famous?

I had often seen professional photographers, studios owner, tourists mostly carry this Nikon D 90 camera with them. I'm bit interested in cameras in particular DSLR's. It's price is nearly Rs 55000 Indian Rupees.

What is so special about this DSLR camera, or why it is so preferred, ? Who are its competitors in this price range? Any DSLR offering better features that this?
Please tell me about this and may perhaps I will end up in buying this camera.

Can you take a Nikon L830 16MP Digital Camera into a concert?

So I'm going to this concert in a few weeks and I'm trying to find a camera to take and I found this Nikon one that I really like but I'm not sure if I will be aloud to take it into the concert venue. The concert is at the Washington Nationals Stadium Park and I don't know their rules so if anyone knows if you're allowed that would be helpful. I know some concert venues don't let you take professional cameras into the venue but I'm not really sure if this is considered a professional camera or not. I don't really know much about cameras either haha. Also if anyone has any recommendations for cameras to take to a concert please let me know.

How to adjust the self timer settings on a canon rebel xsi?

My mom got a nikon d3300 for her birthday so she gave me the canon. I'm still pretty unfamiliar with it and haven't been able to locate the manual. I have a button where I can choose the shooting settings (single shot, continuous, self timer, etc) and on the continuous self timer option it has a box where you select how many seconds you want it to be before the camera shoots. However, I haven't found a way to adjust the time between each shot or the number of shots I want it to take.

Persuade to get the 7d?

So I asked my dad and he said he was expecting me to pick out a camera in the $1000 range. The 7d is on sale $500 and its about $1300. Although I've never played with the camera, I do know most of the features, how tos, and just about everything you need to know for an enthusiast. However, We discussed that the 7d is like a pro camera, but people say its a high mid level camera and could be viewed as beginner pro (if that makes sense).

We're looking at other cameras and particularly canon since my sister has a t3i and the lens are interchangeable. I don't want to get the same one so the only option is something below that which won't happen or the t5i. BUT, te t5i is about $1000 at best buy. $300 more and we could get a pro like camera the 7d. The 70d is another option but about the same price as the ongoing sale for the 7d so why not get something better for the same price?

I really do not want to get the t5i and if he lets me get the 70d, why can't i spend a bit more for the 7d?

How can I get him to compromise for the 7d? I suggested to put my money into it and still he says its expensive for me.

Its my 16th birthday and instead of a car I asked for a better camera than something entry level like nikon 3200. I really do not want to miss this sale opportunity if he does decide yes but then realize its $1800 when we couldve gotten it for $1300…

My Nikon J1 won't turn on?

I have a Nikon J1 and the battery is fully charged and the sd card is in but it won't turn on at all. The green light won't turn on either as if i don't have the battery in. I would send it to the manufacturer but the warranty is up. Is there a way to reset it?

Can I get my photos back from my SD card?

Basically I was taking some photos at a event and I went back to my computer to put the photos onto the computer. I then deleted these photos so I could take more. Now when I took more I got back to my computer to put the pictures on and I got a message saying this destination already has a file named <Nikon 001> I then had three options and I clicked replace file destination so all the pervious photos went.

Now what can I do to get these back.
