Nikon charger mh 24 gives rattling sound?

I just bought nikon d5200… It comes with charger mh 24 and a lithium battery… When I plugged the battery into the charger and connect to the power supply… It gives rattling and high pitch sound… Is it normal?

It shouldn't be doing that… Contact the dealer or take it to the store and ask them to have a look at it… Sometimes faulty units slip through quality control.
