Can 28-200mm Sigma lens to fit Nikon 35mm SLR cameras fit on nikon d90?

Recently i won a bid on this lens, pretty sure it can fit my D90 as i read CPU lens type D can be use with D90 on the user's manual.

But to double confirm it, i messaged the seller asking the compatibility, and he replied "The D90 is only an entry level camera & doesn't have an autofocus server in the body, so any lens you buy has to have an autofocus server in it otherwise they will only work on manual focus. The 28-200mm lens was designed for 35mm cameras & isn't compatible with most digital Nikons."

can somebody knowledgeable on photography out there re-confirm this matter. I'm about to cancel the buying as he stated that, and the after-bidding-end problem arise.

How to make $800 in 9 weeks?

I really want to buy a Nikon D5100 by the end of summer. The problem is that it would cost me $800, and as of now I have about $5.90. I'm a 13 year old girl.

I have already tried walking around my whole neighborhood asking people if they needed their lawns weeded or needed any gardening done. I was out in the 100 degree heat for 2 hours doing that (I'm in TX) and not a single person wished me to do the job.

I was really hoping it would work, because I have a passion for photography and I realized that I should get an upgrade from my blurry-ninety-percent-of-the-time point and shoot vivitar.

I know my whole family can probably help me about 100-150 dollars. We don't have much money. How can I get enough money to buy this camera by the end of summer (9.5 weeks)? I have skills in music, singing, writing, and performing (I'm already a vocal director and I write and produce my own songs).

Right metering mode to use?

I'm wondering what type of metering to use for longboard photography?
I have a nikon d5000 and want to start photographing my brother doing longboarding and skateboarding. I will drop the exposure by about 2 stops and then fill in his body with a soft flash. I was wondering if:
1: this will work and 2: whether the metering mode matters and if it does then what type of metering should I use?

Why is my Appature F - Stop stuck at 0?

I have a Nikon D7000 only got it a few weeks ago and am still adjusting to it. As far as I know I've done nothing out of the ordinary with it but when i turned it on the other day I found my F stop was stuck at 0 and i'm unable to change it, I have tried in all modes (i usually use manual) but it won't budge, there's like a little triangle that looks like a steep hill sign before the F which is not usually there. The shutter speed and everything else can still be adjusted fine. I have looked through my manual but can't find anything helpful.

Best beginner to intermediate dslr camera?

I'm looking to buy a really good beginner-intermediate DSLR camera. I used to have a Nikon D70(I think) and I really wasn't satisfied with it. My sister has a Canon Rebel XTi and I LOVE it. I love how the pictures turn out, and the lens is awesome so I'm wanting to get a Canon. I was just wondering what is the best Canon dslr on the market right now that can be purchased for under $1, 000. I was looking into the Canon Rebel T3 but I don't need a video mode… I'm hoping to purchase a camera from Ebay to get it well under the market price.

Anyways give me your suggestions of a good Canon model. Would like it to have been released within the last couple years at most.
