How much can i get for a nikon D3000?

I have a nikon d3000 and its about 3 years old and is in perfect condition i have 2 lens one is a 18-55mm and the other is a 55-200mm and i was just wondering how much i might be looking to get for it selling it privately to someone

Nikon d7000 uploading doubles?

I just got a Nikon D7000 and i upgraded to it from a d40x. Now when I upload photos from the d7000 it uploads two of each photo and takes up a lot of space and its a pain to go through and delete every other picture, anyone know how to change it where it will only upload one of each?

Computer importing duplicate photos from camera?

I have the nikon d5000 and i use this thing where i insert my sd card and connect the usb to the computer and i use iphoto to import my photos. I don't know weather its my camera my sd card importing device or iphoto duplicating the photos but its really annoying… It looks like its going to import what i selected but when i go to the photots there's a duplicate of every photo but its weird… The duplicate photo is changed somehow like less saturation and more glowy its like it imports a new set of automatic adjusted photos… I've also used image capture to import my photo and it does the same thing!
abyone know how to stop this and what's making this happen?

Nikon D3100 lenses work on Nikon D7000?

My wife currently has the Nikon D3100 and is upgrading to the D7000. Would her current lenses work on the Nikon D7000?

Added (1). That is so good to hear! She currently has the AF-S Nikkor 50mm 1.8G and AF-S Nikkor 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6 G lens. So both of these will work on her new Nikon D7000? She takes pictures mostly of kids. Any suggestions for another lens that would be great for her use to surprise her with along with the new camera?

Nikon d600 release date? Anytime soon?

Wanted to ask if any one have a idea about the release date of the nikon d600. I know there's a lot of rumors about the d600 and all the specs but what i want to know when do you guys think the camera will be release? I'm torn because i really want a full frame and there's a good deal on BH for both brand new D7000 and 18-200mm vr2 for about $1799. I don't want to buy the d7000 and have the d600 coming out in 2-3 months. If anyone thinks the camera will be hitting the market anytime soon say next 4-5 months if so i will pass up on the d7000 and go with a used lower end dslr say a d60 and wait for the d600. I understand that there's no concrete data out there about the release date but figure that it should be hitting the market around novemver for the holidays if not then spring next year.

Are Nikon 50mm 1.8G & 35mm 1.8G weather sealed?

I'm using a D7000 and are finding weather sealed lenses for it. I'm going for a summer trip and knowing they can tolerate some rain is comforting (although I will cover them with ziplock bags if it rains heavily). Do you know any weather sealed Nikon lenses?

I have a problem with the shutter on my D90?

I just tried to take a photo with my Nikon D90 and, when I clicked the shutter release, the shutter closed but did not reopen all the way. On the top-display, it showed "err" in the shutter speed space. Once I clicked the release button again, the shutter popped back open. However, there was no photo taken. This problem continues. Sometimes, nothing at all happens when I click the shutter release button.
There are only about 46, 600 actuations on my shutter so, I'd be surprised if it's failing this early, as they are rated for 100, 000.

Added (1). Begging your pardon. I wasn't thinking about that clearly. Long day. Looking back now, I think it is the mirror. The problem is that the viewfinder remains black so, it sounds like it's staying up. However, no file is written to the card. That may be unrelated, though. As all mine were full, I borrowed a card from my mother's camera, so it's formatted differently.
