Nikon d7000 uploading doubles?

allisonn
I just got a Nikon D7000 and i upgraded to it from a d40x. Now when I upload photos from the d7000 it uploads two of each photo and takes up a lot of space and its a pain to go through and delete every other picture, anyone know how to change it where it will only upload one of each?

It sounds like you're shooting RAW + JPEG.
Your manual (that you should have read already) can tell you how to change it to RAW only or JPEG only.

I think you have your camera set to store you images as both RAW and JPEG, page 87 of your user manual.
