Good external microphone for Nikon D5100?

Alright i need some sort of good but inexpensive external microphone for my Demetri, thats what i named my camera.preferably one that just connects to the top of it.sounding good is always a plus. But just can't be to expensive. Not yet.later i might buy a better one but i just need a start one for now.got any suggestions?

Taking football pictures with a Nikon D3000 at night?

I have a Nikon D3000 with a Tamron 70-200 f/2/8 lens that I use for sports, I'm relatively new at it only have been taking sports pictures for a couple of years. I want to know what would be the best setting to use for night football games. This is little league and I'm still working on getting permission to be back down on the sidelines again this year. I did most of their baseball games over the summer but they only have a few under the lights and only one with my new lens (the others I used my kit lens) I had a hard time because I felt like to got the setting right then he would move a few feet one way or the other and it would be messed up again. The reason I ask is one of them will have more games under the lights this year, last year all his games were during the day. Oh and about half way through the season I started shooting in Manual so that is all I shoot in now.

I just bought a studio flash kit. I have a wireless radio trigger which works for one flash fine, but how to I get it to work on another flash simultaneously? It came with sync cords but they do not fit in my camera. I have a Nikon D90.

Nikon D5100 Camera Dropped, not turning on, no power?

All the time I used this camera with care and use Strap when ever I took photos, but unfortunately one day while lifting the Camera Bag it just dropped in the ground as the Bag belt wan not strapped properly.

Now when I try to switch it on it does not work. No power. I took the battery off and recharged it and put it back still it does not work. LCD is also NOT coming up.
I tried to take picture from view finder does not work. I bought this camera just couple of months back. I don't think it will be cover under warranty. Not sure sure what to do, please help.
