What's best for my first dslr? - 1
I have limited budget and i cut my options to just these three cameras. Nikon D3200 vs Nikon D5100 vs canon eos 550d. I want camera with good features and good image quality and with fair video options.
Lens to photograph buildings and skyscrapers?
I wanted to know which is the best nikon lent to photograph tall buildings and skyscrapers, because i'm going to dubai this spring. I have a nikon d3000 with a 18-55 vr lens.i'm a beginner and don't know much about lenses and dslr cameras.
Good travel lens for my Nikon D7000?
I was wondering which lens is lighweight, affordable, and has decent quality?
I was thinking that maybe one of these, but they don't have a zoom:
- Nikon NIKKOR AF-S 50mm f/1.8 Lens
- Nikkor AF-S DX 35mm f/1.8G Lens
- Nikon AF-S DX Micro-NIKKOR 40mm f/2.8G
I was thinking about purchasing one of these lenses and bring my 18-105 kit lens on vacation. I really want to take quick night photos as well (meaning that you can raise the shutter speed because of the smaller aperature value)
What are your opinions? Will that be enough?
Can I use my strobe lights without connecting the sync cord to my camera?
I don't have a pc connection port on my Nikon D90 to connect the sync cord from the strobes to my camera, what can I do?
I own a nikon d3000 and a 18-55mm lens as well with a 55-200mm lens today i was using my 55-200mm lens i had the hood on the lens i was shooting my brother playing basketball and the ball hit the hood at full speed because i was shooting the ball in mid air and my lens will not foucus properly is my camera broken. Is the mount broken i put my other lens on the 18-55mm and it works but will nikon cover that accident.
How would the Nikon D3200 be for shooting video?
I want to get into online video, and the video camera I'm using now is the Flip Mino which shoots in 1080p but the quality still is really horrible. I'm looking into get a DSLR to shoot video with. The camera in particular that I'm looking at is the Nikon D3200. I already own the D3000, but it is unfortunately the model that doesn't shoot video. Any other suggestions? I (obviously) want the best quality for the smallest price tag.
What nikon lens has a large value of zoom?
I'm a beginner and I just bought a nikon d3100 but the lens is only 18-55mm. And its zoom is only up to 3x. I want to buy a new lens where I can adjust more zoom.
Can i use an AE-1 lens on any nikon?
I know i won't be able to use the AF mode but can i buy an adapter for the AE-1 lens so that it fits onto a nikon d3100 or will this only work for a canon?
How to adjust the video time length in my dslr?
My dslr which is a Nikon D3100 video time length used to be up to ten minutes then it will automatically stop. Now its time length is only up to 1:40 mins only. How can i change it atleast back to ten minutes? Help. I dint adjust any settings then it went down to 1:40 mins.
Is it safe to buy Nikon D3200 digital camera from Amazon.com?
I want to know, can I be sure that my camera will not be DAMAGED and will fully work? Or I need to buy it from Nikon official site?
