How to downsize the quality of a video?
I hav done a video recording of a small concert using a Nikon 5100.It is in a rather high quality, but does not quite plat well on a pc with lower specs. Think I need to downsize/ downgrade the video quality a bit. Does anybody have any ideas/suggestions?

How important would you say lighting is in photography?
In comparison to ISO/Aperture ect. How important would you say lighting is. Because I've seen some people better photos with an Iphone than some of the pictures on my Nikon.

I'm doing photo journalism and wondering if this lens is good for taking candid photos of people hanging out at the beach? Or is the focal length too close (I have a DX body). I want to be able to get them from head to toe.
Added (1). Yeah I don't want to be far from them to achieve candids. But I don't want to be like two football fields away or the framing would be difficult.

I have a question, What's the number to put when you export a photo on Lightroom to print? For example on image sizing I have resolution 240 is that good for printing? I want to make large prints. I use Nikon. Any recommendation for printing!
