Are there any reasons to not get a nikon lense with this adapter for my camera?

I have a canon rebel t2i. I want to upgrade soon, but i'm leaning towards getting a nikon. Nikon lenses are excellent. Canon, so-so. I would rather buy a Nikon lense. (50mm 1.8) Are there any reasons to not get a nikon lense with this adapter (below) for my camera?

I know canon has a 1.8, reasonably priced, but it's very cheaply made.

Lens hood for studio work? Also what lens to use?

Hi
Looking for quick responses please
I have a studio shoot tonight (my first one) and without looking a wally wanted to know if I need a lens hood? If its not completely necessary then I will order online and save £15… If I definitely need it ill have to go jessops now and pay alot more. This is an amateur shoot so I won't be selling any of the photos… The model is professional though.
I think the lighting will be… Light over the top of the model and one at the bottom. She will be on little platform.

Also, I have a nikon 18-55mm kit lens and a nikon 18-200mm vr2… Which one would be best to use?

Buying a DSLR camera in South Korea without having international warranty. Is it fine?

I hail from India and currently in South Korea on business trip. I wish to buy a DSLR camera as they are far cheaper here as compared to prices in India.
However there's a catch! I'm planning to buy either a Nikon or Canon camera. Unfortunately neither of the two companies offer world-wide warranty.
My question is: should I buy a camera despite the fact that in case of fault, claiming warranty from India would be literally impossible?

Best outdoor flash system that's not expensive?

I read in someone's answer, that YONGNUO makes low price stuff that works.
i don't need HiFi-stuff, i just need to be able to adjust it (manually or remotely), and i want them to trigger simultaneously, that's it.
i want at least 2-3 flashes, so i don't see why i should by nikon. It get's a little expensive doesn't it?
the same brand also sells wired or wireless triggers. I wonder what those are like?

this seems to be the cheapest way to have portable light!
or has anyone bad experiences with yongnuo?

maybe you've got a better idea, that's not expensive? Any ideas?

Does the SONY NEX-F3Y Captures Images like any DSLR?

I'm confused on what to buy either NEX-F3Y or a simple NIKON DSLR. But if the Sony Camera takes a High Resolution Images then I'd go for it. Just need answers for my confusion.
