I have a Nikon 5100 and I want to take videos with it, What sort of SD Memory Card would I need to buy? - 1

If I have a nikon 50mm 1.8g prime and a sigma 17-50mm f2.8, should I get a nikon 7100/7200 with kit lens (if yes, 18-140mm or 18-105mm?) or save $200 and get the body only?

How to change picture from black to color?
I was taking photos with my Nikon d7200 camera and my teacher accidentally changed a setting without me knowing. I start taking pics with them and I realized a few minutes after they were just coming out as black. The photos were really important (from a baby shower that we can't recreate) and I was wondering if anyone had ANY ideas how to change the black photo to possibly color? Really desprate
Added (1). Just clarifying, when I mean black I mean the photo is completely black. Like you can see absolutely nothing, it is just a blank black screen. There's a little bit of light at the top like thats it

I have a Nikon d5300 with 18-55mm and 70-300mm lens. I wanted to capture water droplets, I tried using a flash but I get a black background on the pic. My camera doesn't have the option to change the flash sync speed. I can only shoot at 1/250 using flash. What do I do so that I can click on 1/4000sec.

You chose NIKON or CANON? WHY?
You chose NIKON or CANON? WHY?

Ok so on August 8th I'm flying out of state to LA to see one direction at the staples center. I have a few questions about all of it…
1) the concert starts at 7:30. What time should I plan to get there considering the line and buying merchandise.( we will be using public transportation so I won't need to worry about parking)
2) how much is merchandise? I know the shirts are like $35 but what else? How much money should I plan to bring?
3) what should I wear? And what type of makeup? I can't decide if I should dress kind of regular or be decked out in all of my 1D stuff( or at least some of it). Ps. It is an indoor arena
4) what should I plan to bring into the arena with me? What type bag/purse? I plan on at least bringing my phone and Nikon digital camera for pictures and video.
5) should I try to make friends? And how? It's going to be just my mom and I and she isn't really looking forward to the concert and all the screaming girls and will probably sit the whole time. So how should I talk to the girls sitting by me?
6) what songs do they play?(if you've been to the take me home tour)
*** any extra advice would be greatly appreciated!

Nikon s fastest lens was given to me, which came without a rubber grip around it, but only with a tape. The tape looked old so I decided to replace it. Turns out it was holding the label ring together. Upon twisting it, the aperture and focusing ring was totally messed up.

How do I turn the af illuminator off of the nikon d7100?
I tried going to menu and in settings. Not really sure.

The top screen on my d7200 nikon broke and I was wondering if there's anyway to fix it without sending it to the factory? It's not the screen on the outside. Its literally on the ink part. Thanks!

I need mic suggestions. I have a couple of projects coming up and am looking for help.
I have a DSLR (Nikon D3300) that I plan on using to record so I'm looking for a mic that I can hookup. Would I need an adapter for it? Also, would it be best to have the mic hooked up to my laptop instead? I do use Adobe Audition a lot more so I'm guessing that it may not be a bad idea but I'm looking for expert advise. For those that have a transmitter, would I be able to put a memory card so that who I'm interviewing, the conversation is saved? Please advise.
