Full HD video requires that a Class 10, SDHC card be used. UHS-I would add to the speed that the card can accept digital video data.
The largest file an SD card can produce is just under 4 gb. That said, you can either buy a handful of 4 gb memory cards or a couple of 16 gb cards. Do some research to see which of those choices best fit your budget

I would get a Class 10 memory card. Better yet, get a UHS-1 card. With the proper memory reader and a USB-3 port you can copy images from the memory card much faster than with a Class 10 card. Stick with major brands like San Disk, Kingston, Lexar, …
At least a Class 6 SDHC card. Best is you get Class 10. Any brand will do. What's important is you buy from a reputable store. Capacity? For video, buy as much GB as you can afford. Take note though that each take can go no longer than 30 minutes (might even be shorter). You can record multiple takes though. If you want to shoot longer, use the right tool, a digital camcorder.
