Affordable cameras with BOTH flip screen and video auto focus?
Could anyone suggest cameras (with brands and models) that fit into the description
above? NO camcorders and preferably a non dslr and one that's affordable. I'd take any brands from canon to olympos to Samsung. Not such a fan of nikon's cameras.
Which of these digital cameras would be better?

What would be a good 70-300 ish lens to get for my nikon d600?

How to choose some photos and then burn to CD-RW?
I have photos from my Nikon 35mm of an art show and I need to burn most of them but not all for a project at the University?
So I have a nikon DX 18-55mm cam. And I put it to charge yesterday, now I came home from school, took a shower and I got out of the shower a few minutes ago, when I check if its fully charged, it's still charging! Most cameras take 4 hours to charge but I need this camera for school purposes! Its been charging since 4:30 pm yesterday till now 5:12 pm today! Wats going on with this thing! I took out the battery and put it in my camera and there's nothing popping up in the screen like "LOW BATTERY" or something like that! I need help fast please! D:

Why do primes outside of the 35-50mm range seem to be so expensive and limited in options?
Outside of this range they seem to go up considerably in price. The Nikon 85mm 1.8g is nearly $500. The 24mm 1.4g, which is about the only one I can find wider than 28mm, is over $2, 000. That's more than the 24-70, which is considered an almost perfect lens in every reespect. Granted, you do get that extra aperture, 2 stops I think, but there really should be a cheaper, less fast aperture alternative. People recommend a videographer use primes for their cheapness and quality. I spent ages looking for a below 18mm prime, and I found nothing current. I think I found an old 20mm 2.8 or something, and it was about $450! On the other hand you can get the Tokina 11-16 f2.8 zoom for about $200 extra. It's much wider and has a zoom range (and apparently astonishing quality). What is with the cost and generally small range of out-of-the-norm range primes?
Buying a Nikon camera in France - warranty?
I live in England and I would like to buy a new camera on my year abroad in France, but I don't understand the warranty laws. If I buy it here in France and I have problems with it when I'm back in England, will I have to return to France to get it fixed? I'm going back to England in three weeks time so I'd only be buying it earlier so that I can take pictures of christmas here (it's pretty: D).
Also, is it generally a bad idea to buy in France? Is it more expensive etc?
Would a 50mm nikon 1.8g lens be to short (tight FOV) for indoor shooting?
