Pictures i'm taking with a Nikon D60 are coming out blurry as anything?
Like they come out really bright and blurry, i don't know how to fix it. Help me! Tips or what? I'm not shaking the camera though, i have it on a flat surface. And the lighting in here is pretty good, so i don't know what's going on
Added (1). I don't have a manual. Thats kinda why i asked.
.-.
Added (2). And its set to auto, i know how to focus it manually too so yeah, thats not it.
Could be the exposure but i don't know how to fix it.

Nikon 35mm f1.8g or 50mm f1.8g?
I have a nikon d3100 and I already have both 18-55mm f3.5-5.6g vr and 55-200mm f4-5.6g ed. Now i'm really really confused cuz i need a prime lens for low light, walk around with low DoF. The 35mm f1.8g and 50mm f1.8g almost have the same price but…
1. The 35mm has a wider angle of view but is said to have annoying bad bokeh and chromatic aberration.
2. The 50mm is a bit tight on dx sensors but has very good bokeh (even better than the D version).
So which should I choose?

- a Nikkor 50mm f/1.8
- a Sigma 70-300mm F4-5, 6 DG Macro
It's for my Nikon D3100
Added (1). Yes, I know they are two different types of lenses, but I still have trouble deciding. Right now, I only have the kit lens. I'd especially like to do some portraits.

Which nikon camera should I purchase?
I currently have this camera:
http://www.amazon.com/...004H8FNNA/
And I'm debating saving up for a dslr, but i'm also a beginner at photography so I was considering this one:
http://www.amazon.com/...00427ZLRO/
And if I did get a dslr, I'm not sure what one to start with, but I was thinking the d3100? Also I'm awful at saving money and I have enough for this one. And if I wanted a dslr I'd have to wait another year or so. Do you think this one is worth purchasing and would help me grow as a photographer? Or should I just wait a year for the dslr?

Telephoto/Macro Lens for my nikon D500?
Is there such a thing as a good lens that can do great macro photography but is also a telephoto lens? Looking to use with my Nikon D5000 but don't know anything about other brands of lenses etc… Would be looking for something with autofocus and under $500? Also reassurance that it would work with the sensor in the D5000

Can a Nikon lens fit on a Leica R8?
I have found a Leica R8 but I currently have a Nikon D50 so I have all Nikkor lenses. Will these lenses fit on a Leica?
Added (1). Well I didn't exactly "find" it haha. My dad is a retinal photographer and he used to use film cameras but now he only uses digital now.

I own a few Nikon bodies and a few lens and I really love my gear. I always thought Canons are a bit overpriced but recent events have made me change my opinion.
My totally amateur mate with his Canon EOS 7D on full auto takes better pics than me.
I've started looking at different shots taken by different Canon users (mostly not full frame) and all of them seem net superior. I talk about sharpness, colour and noise.
I started looking randomly at pictures on sites like photobucket and on most of times I can tell whether a Nikon or a Canon whas used.
What I own: D90, D40, FM3A. Nikon Lens: 50mm F1.4 AF, 18-55mm AFS DX, 70-300mm AF, 18-110mm AFS DX and a Sigma 10-20mm F4-5.6.
Haw can i beat Canon Auto mode? Why doesn't my Auto mode do better? Whom do I ask for money back? How can I beat Canon auto mode if i failed miserably on Manual? Shall I go and smash my mates camera into his head and then plan to flood Canons plants? And most importantly why is there only tescos yogurt left in my fridge?
Added (1). Not a single answer, eh? Would it be correct to consider all you fanboys out here have died and youve taken all your glorious reviews to your graves with you? I would have had more food in the fridge if it wasn't for you lot.
Added (2). I know my Nikons by heart, I use full Manual as well as Aperture and Shutter speed priority mode. The problem I think is that Canon has a better computer/ system that does a much better job than Nikons. No i don't shoot Raw and no I don't use post-processing unless I have to remove some object from the photo. My mate's Canon is making him a better photographer than me when he doesn't even know what iso or aperture means. One of them will die

I can't upload my pictures to facebook, picnik, etc?
I have a Nikon D40 from my school, I uploaded the pictures to my computer but was unable to view them until I downloaded a Nikon software. Now I can view the pictures on my computer but it won't let me upload them to facebook or picnik. How can I fix this?

How is ( NIKKOR LENS ) AF Zoom-NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4-5.6G (4.3x) .Is it suitable with NIKON D3100, dslr camera? Tell me about this product availability in market? I NEED USER REVIEW of this product.

Is the kit lens that comes with the Nikon D5100, sufficient for portraits?
Obviously any lens will take a portrait… But what lens exactly, is good for quality portraits, with a very pleasing, Shallow D. O.F? Would the kit lens suffice?
