How is this NIKKOR Lens?

How is ( NIKKOR LENS ) AF Zoom-NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4-5.6G (4.3x) .Is it suitable with NIKON D3100, dslr camera? Tell me about this product availability in market? I NEED USER REVIEW of this product.

That lens will not autofocus with your D3100. If you don't mind not having autofocus, then it will be fine. For only $175-ish dollars, its an OK lens.

I'd avoid it. As the other poster mentioned, it won't autofocus on your camera, which is a very serious drawback. As a general rule, if it only says AF then it won't autofocus on your camera. You need AF-S lenses to autofocus.

Also, it's a slow unstabilized telephoto lens, and as such you will have trouble maintaining a sufficient shutter speed for a steady shot without a tripod in all but bright sunlight. An image stabilizer (VR) would help greatly here.

I'd get the 55-200mm VR or 55-300mm VR instead.
