Do the MP (megapixels) really matter?
Do the megapixels really matter? There are so many cameras that have higher megapixels and are cheaper than those with lower megapixels e.g., the Nikon D7000 has 16.2 MP and the Sony A65 has 24Mp and the one with the higher megapixels is cheaper. So what does this really mean? Does the MP categories the true camera and picture value or?

Does red colored DSLR makes you look bad?
I was wondering if people actually going to buy those red colored DSLR. Because I personally bought one Nikon D3100 in red. Will black colored DSLR actually makes you look more professional? And using a red colored DSLR don't? It has nothing to do with photography skills. Just based on people's point of view. Will it actually makes you looks un-pro?
I got a new Nikon d3100 for Christmas and the other day it seemed to just stop working! The little green light that flashes when it is turned on flashes even when it is turned off (which doesn't make sense) and when I turn it on, the screen just shows as loading (the little hour-glass icon). I use it probably every other day and between it working and not working all it has done is sit on the shelf. I have tried letting the battery charge run out then recharging it but there was no change. Any clues as to what the problem might be?
I have lens of: Tamron AF 28-200 F3.8-5.6, can i use this lens on DSLR camera NIKON D3100,
if not on which camera mount will will suit this either CANON, SONY

How to turn off time stamp and progress bar during playback Nikon D3200?
When I'm playing back video and looking at stills, I can get the stupid progress bar, image number and etc to go away. I feel like I've gone through every setting in the menu. Help!
Added (1). I'm looking at the manual right now, and I've tried every option. Unless I'm completely missing it, it doesn't remove the progress bar and info when I'm playing it back.

Why won't my Nikon D70 turn on?
So the last time I was on my Nikon D70, I was switching out the lens for a really nice one my friend let me borrow, it worked like normal and I took many pictures. Later put back on my original lens and put it in my desk. About a week later I took it out and tried to use and and it wouldn't even turn on. So I charged the battery and it was fully charged, when I put it in, the screen didn't even do anything, when I turned it from off to on, it looked the same and wouldn't work AT ALL. Later I looked up how to fix it, and in the manual it said it had a reset button that tiny at the bottom. I pressed it with a a paper clip and held it down and tried it different ways and several times but nothing happened. I have been checking that I put the battery in right that everything is where it should be, but it still won't work! Also this camera is not brand new but its only a couple years old so it should be working just fine. Any ideas or way i can't fix this!
