How use photoshop to make my photographs look conceptual?
I was browsing flicker and came upon this girls stream.
She used a nikon d90 for her pictures, and i have a canon 1ti.
I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find photoshop tutorials to make images similar to hers.
Maybe instructions that come step by step instructions on how to take the picture and the editing process in photoshop.

Cheapest fisheye lens for nikon D50?
I need a fisheye lens (NOT AN ADAPTER) that will meter correctly on my nikon D50. I'm trying to get this as cheaply as possible. I was looking at the rokinon 8mm, but it would appear to not meter correctly on my body.

Can you give me a detailed way to get to quiet mode on the NIkon D5000? I'm new to this stuff.

Which is a better buy for your money?
Nikon D3100 for $700
or
Nikon D5000 for for $650? In reviews they always say that the D5000 is a step up from the D3100.

Choosing Nikon Lenses (Nikon D5000)?
I bought a Nikon D5000 a couple of months ago with this Nikkor lenses -> 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR AF-S DX Lens
(This camera: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/...mera.html)
Anyways, I really love my lens but I would like to be able to zoom more.
What lens should I get? My budget is bellow 300 dollars, suggest one for me please?
Also, I know the 18-55mm means the zoom but I'm kind of a noob with this, if you can explain to me what the F3.5-5.6 means.

Getting a Nikon D3100 today - Do I need a stabilizer?
So I'm getting this camera today, and I was really excited about the video mode. I keep hearing that you don't have full manual control in video mode, and that the rolling shutter & "jello effect" is still a huge problem. Many people say they got a stabilizer and it helps a lot.
Can someone tell me what exactly a stabilizer is/does? Is it just for the video mode? I'm going to Best Buy to pick up the camera, can I get a stabilizer there as well? Links are welcome.
Sorry, I'm just starting out but I want to be able to take decent videos with the amount of that jello-y effect as possible. :]
Added (1). ALSO - People keep saying there are ways to fix the rolling shutter issue that those with video DSLRs have been using for a while now. Can anyone explain how this is done / the post-processing aspect of it?

Difference between Nikon D3000 lenses and Point and Shoot GE X5 15x Zoom?
I just recently bought 2 cameras. The Nikon D3000 with an 18-55 1:3.5-5.6G and a 55-200 1:4-5.6Glens and then
a GE X5 Camera with a 15X Zoom. The cost between the cameras was about $500. How does the camera zoom compare between the two cameras? I originally thought the Nikon would be far superior, but after using both cameras I'm not exactly sure. As you can tell, I'm a complete novice.
