How use photoshop to make my photographs look conceptual?

I was browsing flicker and came upon this girls stream.
She used a nikon d90 for her pictures, and i have a canon 1ti.
I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find photoshop tutorials to make images similar to hers.
Maybe instructions that come step by step instructions on how to take the picture and the editing process in photoshop.

When I started to use PhotoShop I learned everything I know form YouTube

Canon EOS Rebel T1i 15.1 Mp
http://www.canon.ca/...gp&pid=889
you have a good camera, what is not clear is the type of conceptual imagery that has been created,
Flickr > conceptual images
there are many tutorials online, what you have to look for is specific detailing used
so if you wanted lighting effect,
search for: Photoshop lighting tutorial,

then some sites make list of various tutorials with links to actual site referenced,
search for: Photoshop concept tutorial,
