Parking at Nikon Theater, Jones Beach?
Soon I'm going to attend a concert at Nikon Theater at Jones Beach, Long Island, New York, and I was just wondering how long can I keep my car parked there for? My friends and I want to maybe have a few beers before the show, but I obviously want to wait a considerate amount of time before leaving the venue and driving. Maybe we'll walk around the beach for a bit before leaving just to kill some time and to make sure I'm legal and okay to drive.
How to take pictures of sky lanterns?
We're letting some sky lanterns go on the beach at night and I want to be able to take photos. I like using my disposable camera, but I was wondering if that would work? If so would I turn on the flash? And what about if people are in it?
I also have a Nikon one digital camera. Will the photos come out well on that? With the same questions above about people and flash.
Which camera should I invest in? (expert opinion please)?
So I have been looking at different DSLR cameras for a while and there are just so many to choose from I would like an expert opinion on which camera would be the worthwhile. I have narrowed it down to a couple of choices the Canon EOS Rebel SL1 or the Samsung NX20 20.3MP. I haven't really looked at any Nikon cameras but i have looked into leica cameras (too expensive for now). I mainly want to use it for personal pictures in outdoor settings and i would like to invest in a smaller camera to take around. I'm a beginner photographer and have never had a DSLR, which should i buy?
Ok so I'm doing HDR on night photos, I always keep my iso at 100, and my initial photos don't have noise, but when I put them through Photomatix I get a lot of noise on them, even-though I select the noise reduction setup. Is it because I have an entry model Nikon D5200, or is there a way to avoid it or fix it?
What type of camera should an amateur photographer get?
The question kind of sums up everything. I'm new to the photography world and I would like to know this. Which brand is also the best or better; Nikon or Canon?
I'm thinking of buying a DSLR. I'm not sure if I should get Canon or Nikon and there are so many different cameras to choose from. I was thinking maybe a 650d or 60d, haven't touched on Nikon yet.
Something under $1000 would be great. And with decent/good quality.
(And just an extra question- what real life stores are the best to buy DSLRs from? I live in Australia.)
How water resistant is a Nikon DLSR camera?
What would happen if I dropped one in a tub of water?
I had my first Nikon Dslr for over a year now. I mainly shoot portraits and now that I have better skills in photography, I think it's time for me to invest in new lens. I currently use my kit lens 18-55. What lens should I buy to get better image quality and bokeh?
Is my camera close to what most Tumblr Girls use?
I've been trying to get photos with the quality that tumblr girls have (a girl who posts filtered/edited photos on tumblr, normally they have long hair and 'hipster' clothes), and I know a lot of them use cameras to take pictures. I have a Nikon D1500, and i wanted to know if it can give as good of quality as whatever camera tumblr girls use for photos.
What should i prefer? Nikon or Canon?
I'm willing to take a DSLR and i'm confused whether nikon is better or canon. I mostly take pics of nature from very tiny objects to landscapes and also need for occasions like family parties, trips etc.coz i do travel a lot. My range is upto Rs. 60000.
