Good Inexpensive Cameras For Skateboarding?

I used to have a little sony HandyCam. I didn't like it very much cause the quality was pretty terrible. I have about 200 dollars but I can probably spend up to 300 with my parents help. I want to get a good camera. I know a little about DSLR's. I know they are expensive but I don't need a brand new one. I would get a used one off eBay or craigslist. What are some good cheap DSLR's? I know about Canon T4i, T3i, and T2i. Those are still pretty expensive used. I want a camera with a good frame rate and records in 1080p or 720p. I don't know about Nikons but if there are any good ones please tell me. Is the GoPro Hero 1, 2&3 worth it? I will get a fisheye and other lenses but that is not in the price of the camera. I just need a good DSLR or another good video camera for 200-300 used. Body only. Please help me find a good one. Thanks!

Added (1). I know the majority of DSLR's aren't cheap. So don't tell me about any cameras in the thousands please. Again, I want the camera to be good for slow motion so it needs to have great fps. Also it needs to be good for recording long moving lines of skateboarding tricks. Thanks again!

Added (2). One more thing. I didn't like the specific HandyCam I had. If you think differently of a certain HandyCam then please tell me which one you have good experience with.

Upgrading My Camera Lumix G10?

I have the Lumix G10 and i bought it when it first came out for around £600. Its a great camera and i've have some really good shots with it, but there's one problem with the camera that really annoys me. And thats the Add-ons.well, what there's of them. There's only 2 lenses that fit this camera including the default one your get. I want a camera that i can get lots of lenses and extras that arent going to cost a bomb, i was thinking like a Nikon, or a Canon? But i don't know much about them and what ones are the best at the minute? I don't know how much my camera is worth now and i want to spend around £600 on the camera and what ever else it costs for a lens. Please would you be able to help me with prices and best cameras for my price range.

Will a Nikon wireless (radio) trigger work on a Nissin flash?

I'm looking at buying a radio flash trigger for my Nissin flash so I don't have to operate my flash in slave mode with the pop-up flash on my Nikon camera. Does it matter if I buy a radio trigger specifically made for the Nissin flash, or can it be for any Nikon flash in general?

Tips on taking HDR at night?

I got a Nikon D5200, and I'm into HDR photography. How should I set up my camera when I'm taking HDR photos at night? My bracketed images are clean but when I put them in photomatix I get unbelievable amounts of noise all over the picture (NOT ONLY SKY). Please give me as much tips as possible!

P.S. And don't say "use a tripod" "use a remote control" because thas too obvious and I'm using them…

Tips for photographing moving cars?

My Girlfriend is a photography major and she has an internship for some news paper. Her other job is just working customer service and she has to take some photos right after work and asked me to google some tips for her since she doesn't have a smart phone. She's mostly interested in the settings.

She has Nikon DSLR 5000 and she needs to get some good shots of some moving vehicles. If you could give me some help in laymens in terms, that'd be helpful, because i personally know nothing about photography.
