Why do all vintage cameras look the same?
Look at the canon ae-1 the pentax me/me super, and the nikon fm3 a. They look almost exactly the same. The logo is in the same place and the model is too, same font as well, they're even the same texture! Was this some sort of marketing gimmick?

Rifle scope decision, Millett vs Nikon?
I'm looking for a scope for my husband and I'm between these 2. He mentioned he wanted 6-25 and BDC. Whatever that is. And on the nikon what is difference between the BDC, FCD, FC, and NP options? Thank you!

Can i get some opinions on these lenses?
Here are two lenses i'm considering adding to my collection, both from Amazon…
this is the main one, i really need an ultra wide angle as i do a lot of landscape shots…

and this one, looks like a prefect combo for me as it is a telephoto and macro rolled into one, it also is listed under sports lenses, BUT it is pretty cheap which is a warning sign for me…

what do you think?
Ok, so I'm a pretty big photographer, and recently I've found some pictures and items like the ones pictured here of cameras with a stock and trigger like a rifle. The trigger actually works and takes the picture (i.e. You can see the wire on the top one) and the stock would help to steady the picture. I'm looking for something similar to one of these.
The top picture looks like an attachment for a regular camera which I can't find, and the bottom picture is a Fotosnaiper, an antique Russian camera that's no longer made or really sold.
I own a Canon Kiss Digital X, so it would be best if there was one for that, but I wouldn't mind upgrading cameras either.
A huge thanks to anyone who can help me out
Best Entry Level DSLR for Beginners?
From Canon or Nikon
What do you know about Capital KX 100 35mm cameras?
Please tell me. I want to know if I can use it for my photography class?
What camera would you chose when upgrading from a Nikon D5200?
Which entry level dslr is better? - 1
I've narrowed it down to:
-Nikon D3300
-Nikon D5200
-Canon Rebel t3i
Now you're probably wondering- why are there two, relatively new, nice Nikons along with an outdated Canon?
I really want a rotating screen, which the t3i offers. But the other two are considered the BEST entry level dSLRs (I've checked many sites, and they all say these two.)
Is the rotating screen not worth the lag and outdated model? Are there any other better cameras that are similar to the Nikons with rotating screens? Or do you have any other recommendations for an amateur photographer?
Also- which camera bag do you recommend (good against water/dust/etc for outdoor photoshoots.)
