Nikon D3000 File Number Error?
My D3000 got to File Number DSC_1095, (Picture 999 in folder 100D3000) but then instead of going to DSC_1096 it reset to DSC_0001 in the new folder 101D3000.It should take up to 9999 in one folder so why has it reset now!

How to change the video quality on my nikon d5000?
I'm using the d5000 for a while now and I just love the image quality it delivers.
But when i look up nikon d5000 video test, I see video's with awesome video quality too.
But whenever i record video it comes out rather low quality and grainy.
I've look through the settings and the quality settings are on 720p but it still records grainy video's.
How can i change this?

How do they reach such quality in photography?
I'm a big fan of photography and I own a Nikon D90, but I'm a beginner and I know very little about photography. I was visiting this website:
http://www.ebruceylan.com/photography/photography.php
and when I look at the photos, the colors and the quality really fascinate me. It is just that I have seen photos with such colors on flickr too. My question is that how they reach such special colors and quality with a photo? The photos are dark and gloomy and dreamy, and I have no idea how they create such effects. Do they use Photoshop, or is it just their camera?

Just checking.lens and focal lengths?
I have a sigma DG 70-200mm 2.8 HSM II lens on a nikon d90… I should be getting a 1.5 crop factor, correct? Making the effective focal range 105-300mm? I was fairly sure this was a full frame lens but am getting no crop factor, as 200mm on this lens is the same as on my nikkor 55-200mm 4.5-5.6 VR.

Which one would be better? Which one is the better choice for a Nikon D90? Any faults? Advantages?
Planning to buy a flash soon but I don't know much about photography haha

What equipment do you need for a photography studio?

Should I upgrade to the Nikon D7000?
I currently have a Nikon d50 (I've had it since 2006), and recently (last 6 months) I've gotten really into, and really good at photography. Don't get me wrong, I was always "into it", but I currently do senior pictures, and modeling pictures for people. Since I do a lot more pictures, and since my camera is not "top-of-the-line", I have fallen in love with the D7000. I was wondering if it would be a worth-while investment. I know that I technically do not "need" it, but it would greatly help me, and produce better pictures than my D50. Or, should I wait for the replacement D5000 when it comes out.

Shutter actuation on my Nikon D60?
