Not enough information there. It would help to know what sort of work you have in mind.

What does it take to make a kitchen?
.
How about a machine shop?
.
There are a gazillion pre-questions or things needed to even try to answer but dude, why don't you stop and think? Just what DO you need? If you have to ask, you haven't given it any.thought, have you?

Ok. To get you started thinking, you need the below items (which of course are common sense)… But you need to decide on the number/power etc. Some of them can be purchased and you can do with cheap home made stuff for others…
1 lots of stands
2 lights and spare bulbs
3 reflectors-cone, sheets
4 soft box- full length n other sizes
5 IR triggers to pop your studio lights
6 backdrops- cloth or other materials - diff colors and textures
7 extension boxes & adapters
8 few stools/tables/chairs
9 preferably a fast fixed focus lens for portraits: 85 or 105mm
10 since you use nikon, you can make use of nikon CLS- you will need one SB900 or SB700 flash and at least one more flash maybe SB600… Or u cud make do with your lights.

Firstly it depends on what the studio is to be used for.
i.e.large products (cars, bikes etc), just small products or "people" i.e. Portraits.

I will assume it is the latter as no-one who ever asks this sort of question thinks there's any other type of photography other than portraits and weddings.

Cameras x 2 minimum.MF preferably but good Dslr's will do
lenses - a range from wide to medium telephoto
Lights - minimum of 4
accessories from softboxes to snoots, barn doors etc
backgrounds - a selection
background stands or background system
decent tripod
light boom
cables
props - loads
computer and screen
various programmes from accounting to manipulation.

that is off the top of my head.
Basically look to spend about 15-20k kitting it out properly.

That is apart from the building side of things where you will need the studio space, changing area, office area etc.
