I hear the Nikon D7000 will be replaced VERY soon, will the D7000 go down in price? Or will I not be able to get one? I'm saving for one… Also, any word yet on if the replacement will be the same price & just as good?
Alternative Lens for Nikon D7000?
So I'm in the market for a new lens and the prices on Nikon's website scare me. I remembered that you can use other maker's lenses with a Nikon. What companies make cheaper (price not quality) that fit a Nikon D7000.
I'm thinking of upgrading my DSLR?
I currently have a Nikon D40, and I'm not unhappy with the results, its just that I have been borrowing cameras from my photo studio at school, and I'm happier with those results. My only hesitance, is to make the switch to a Canon… I'm looking into a Canon Rebel EOS T3i, which has the flip and tilt screen, and video capability. Most nikon cameras with those capablities are really expensive and I don't have that kind of money… So can anyone tell me if it is worth it to make the switch?
How to charge a Nikon D3100 camera without charger?
I lost my nikon d3100's battery charger. Other cameras can charge from USB or another input directly, is this or another option available on the d3100?
My Nikon D3100 Takes greyish pictures?
I never had this problem up until a month ago. Whe I used to take pictures in my room, I would always use the same settings and it was always fine. Now, I use the same settings and the pictures are all dark and greyish now. Even if ai put it on rhe lowest settings it's still greyish. But if on Auto it's completely fine. What happened?
How to make the water look blurry when I use my Nikon d5000?
You know, when you take a picture of a water fall, and the water is all blurred and cool looking. Does that have something to do with the shutter speed or what I'm totally lost?

Free video editing software that can slow down video?
I will be shooting with a Nikon D5100. I think it can only go as high as 30fps. I would like it to be 1000fps but id think it's possible to change 30fps to 1000. Anyway, i need good slomo editing software that i can use with Windows 7. I tried getting Adobe CS6 but it did not work on my PC. I also have tried getting Sony Vegas but that also did not work. I have gotten AVS but i don't really like it. Any free software i can download?
I'm wondering if I can control focus during a movie on a Nikon D3100 with a USB video controller? Or are there any hacks for the D3100 for movies?

Are all beginner DSLR chargers the same?
I lost my Nikon D40 charger and I was hoping I could use my friend's Canon DSLR charger to charge. Both are beginner DSLRs so I thought maybe it's the same. And if it fits, it wouldn't affect the charger/battery would it?
