Options for upgrading from a D90 to a non DX-sensor camera?
My brother broke my D90 camera and I thought perhaps it would be a good opportunity to maybe go for an improvement from the D90 model. (Anything from Nikon or Canon would be great)

How to take a video on a Nikon D5100?
I feel like this is a stupid obvious question but i can't figure out how to take a video on this camera. There's no button or mode and I'm very confused on how to take a video. Because i see the camera option on the screen when its in Lv mode (or whatever) but how do i do this? Lol thank you!

What happens if a lens does not autofocus with Nikon D3100?
Is it hard (if so, how do you do it?) to try to focus it yourself or are you not able to use it with the camera?

Tamron AF 90mm f/2.8 Di SP AF/MF with Nikon D3100?
Would the Tamron 90mm lenses work with the Nikon D3100 regarding autofocus? I heard that the D3100 is at a disadvantage since it doesn't autofocus with many lenses and I was just wondering. Also, would you say that the Nikon D3100 is a good beginner DSLr?

Nikon D3100 (w/ 2 lenses), D3200 (1 lenses), or D5100 (1 lenses)?
So as the title says, I can either get a:
- Nikon D5100 with 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 AF-S DX VR Nikkor Zoom Lens
- Nikon D3100 with 18-55mm VR, 55-200mm VR DX Zoom Lenses
- Nikon D3200 with 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 AF-S DX VR NIKKOR Zoom Lens
I'll be mainly shooting landscape, flowers, insects, birds, other animals, clouds, etc. But mainly flowers/plants and insects and overall nature things. Which of the three would you choose and why? I was thinking along the lines of getting the D3100 because it does come with two, and I've heard it's a pretty good beginner camera overall.

Anyone who is using nikon d7000?
I need some reviews to decide whether to buy it or not.

Nikon D90 - How do you turn on Manual Flash Settings? (Built In Flash)?
I bought myself a D90 to upgrade from the D3100, but in the menu's there's no way to switch on manual flash, and I don't have a flash gun (I'll invest in one soon, but for now I have to use the built in flash)
Added (1). --
I'm using a Macro Filter, with the D3100, I could switch the flash to Manual, allowing me to adjust the amount of light it produces. There was also TTL, which (I assume) is Automatic. On the D90, I can't use the Macro Filter as I can't switch the flash off TTL.

What accessories do you use with your Nikon DSLr?
I'm planning to get a Nikon D3100 and it comes with two lenses. My question is what kind of accessories do people usually buy to go along with it? I'm not too familiar with camera lingo and such, but I do know they put a 'crown' sort of thing on the lenses and that helps to block against sunlight hitting the lenses directly, right? What other accessories do you use? Also, what kind of bag would be good that has two-three lenses holder too? Thanks!
Added (1). @fhotoace: What brand of backpack is it? Can't seem to find a good one haha

Nikon d3100 35mm or 50mm lens?
I have a d3100 and only have the kit lens. I'm looking for a good all around lens for trips to the beach, nyc, etc. Should I get a 35mm, 50mm or something else?

Which lens to buy for Nikon d3100?
I just bought the Nikon D3100. I want a lens which would give a lot of blurriness in the background. I'm new to photography so don't have much idea about which lens to buy. I do know about the aperture settings.
