Nikon D3100 (w/ 2 lenses), D3200 (1 lenses), or D5100 (1 lenses)?

So as the title says, I can either get a:
- Nikon D5100 with 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 AF-S DX VR Nikkor Zoom Lens
- Nikon D3100 with 18-55mm VR, 55-200mm VR DX Zoom Lenses
- Nikon D3200 with 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 AF-S DX VR NIKKOR Zoom Lens

I'll be mainly shooting landscape, flowers, insects, birds, other animals, clouds, etc. But mainly flowers/plants and insects and overall nature things. Which of the three would you choose and why? I was thinking along the lines of getting the D3100 because it does come with two, and I've heard it's a pretty good beginner camera overall.

To be quite honest, the 18-55 is not a good lens. It's a good starter lens. As a starter camera, I'd suggest the D3100 (this is my starter camera, recently bought a D90). The 18-55 comes with VR (vibration reduction) which will decrease the chance of Camera Shake on lower shutter speeds. It also comes with the 55-200, which in my personal opinion is again, not a very good lens. However, the 200mm zoom is useful for Sports photography - if you're starting out, set up a business email and message some youth football clubs asking if they're looking for a photographer, if not - can you take photo's just for the experience, all photo's you take you'll submit to them for free as long as they give you credit and you retain the rights of the photo.

Just remove the D3200 from the equation, because the 5100 is a better body, while it's more or less the same as the D3100.

Get the D3100 because you'll keep the Lens' forever (assuming they don't break) but you're going to go through ALOT of bodies, it'll be a good idea to get lens' first.
