How to fix the scratches on my camera?

I own a Nikon D80 and this morning I was taking pictures and I viewed them on my computer and each picture had this little scratch on it along with a few dots. So i took the lens off, cleaned it with a lens cloth and the problem was still there. So I tried my other lens out and again, the problem is there. This makes me think the scratches are on the actual camera!

2 things:
1. Maybe it had dust on it and needs to be cleaned
2. Maybe its bad sectors and it won't be worth it to fix

It's most likely on the sensor. Probably dust from changing lenses in various dusty situation.
There are kits available for sensor cleaning but you know what, I wouldn't. I'd seek out a pro and let them clean the sensor. They have the equipment, knowledge and skill to do this work without
screwing up the internal workings of the camera.
