Which Nikon cam does 35mm fit on?

I don't really understand how it works but I have seen that the 35mm take good pics, so if I buy any Nikon camera, can I change the lens to 35mm? Which Nikon cam can I buy about $250 that can allow me to change lens to 35mm?

None at that price, unless you buy a film SLR.

It's the skill of the photographer that counts, and 35mm is just one among many lenses a skilled photographer can use. You have a lot to learn about photography.
