Be aware that Signa makes lenses for Canon, Nikon, Sony, and others, so the lens you are looking at must be designed for the Nikon F mount. If it says "fits Nikon" it will work.

However, I'm not that familiar with this lens. Understand that there are two lens type focusing systems used with Nikon cameras. One system has a built-in focusing motor in the lens. The other type uses a jackscrew/clutch and requires the motor to be built-into the camera. Nikon calls the lenses with the built-in motor AF-S, and those that require the motor to be in the camera AF.

I'm not sure which focus mechanism this lens uses.

However, your camera is an entry-level DSLR, and the one thing it lacks is a focus motor. That means you can't autofocus AF lenses - only AF-S lenses. That means there's a chance that the lens may not autofocus on your camera. You will have to look at the lens specifications to see if it has the focus motor or not.

But even if your camera can't autofocus the lens, the lens will otherwise work. It will mount on the camera, the exposure system will probably work (unless it is a very old lens), but you will simply have to manually focus the lens.

The macro super is an older design. It is likely not motorized. So it will work but in manual focus only

The above answers are right, but can I also add, having had one of these, they're not great and prone to blooming later in life. I would say they're a bad buy.
