Which is better: SONY, NIKON, Kodak camera?
My birthday is coming and I'd love to have a profesional camera, I don't want those that ''profesional photographers'' use (the ones that cost like $1500, are very big, and are hard to adjust and use), but I want a really good digital camera. I saw a NIKON at a store which price was $847 I really liked that one but I want to see other options. I have a Sony Cybershot (not profesional camera) with 10.1 megapixels but I need a better one! I want high quality photos. So which one do you recommend?
KODAK
Sony SUCKS
Nikon does have a good reputation, but I would go with the one that has more megapixels.
The important part of a camera is the lens. Canon and Nikon have the best lenses and both are about equal. If you are on a budget get an older body and new lenses. You'll change the body fairly frequently, but good lenses will last a lifetime.
- and are hard to adjust
Actually, they are not hard to adjust. You do have to learn about photography, but the technical aspects can be learned quickly. The art aspects take a lifetime to master.
- So which one do you recommend
You don't say which model Nikon, so I can't comment. Take a look at http://www.dpreview.com/...eview.com/ to see the various professional models and detailed reviews.
If you really want to learn photography, get a view camera http://photo.net/equipment/what-camera-should-I-buy.adp
I would really suggest the easy to use nikon semi professional like the nikon d5000 and the nikon d5100, both are really good cameras and are really good in quality, its not always the mega pixeles but also the iso sensitivity you camera can handle, some cameras start to show graining on pics starting at iso: 800 and the professional ones can go up to 3200 + and show no graining at all,… You will understand the iso once you start using a dslr,… But if you are a beginner i would really suggest that you buy a semi pro body that is not very confusing and will help you instead of confuse you,… Also the lenses must be of good quality and i would suggest that you try to buy the nikon lenses as well,… (they generally cost a bomb) lol,…
For a DSLR camera stick with Nikon or Canon. Stay away from Kodak, I don't even think they make a DSLR.
