Who has better cameras sony, kodak, cannon, or nikon?

All of them make great cameras at all price levels. With the exception of Kodak, they all offer extensive, reliable SLR camera systems. Kodak makes the sensors in some of the professional cameras from other brands.

Also Olympus makes good cameras.

I have a Nikon d3000 and its absolutely amazing. I always recommend Nikon. I never use anything else for professional photography. I've also owned a Nikon Coolpix for a while, which was also a very good camera if you were looking at a point and shoot. Another good point and shoot is the Sony Cybershot. I take that thing with me everywhere I go. It takes great pics! I've also owned Kodak in the past and wasn't impressed at all. I've never owned a Canon, mainly because in the photography world it's always Nikon vs. Canon and I'm a Nikon fan. The only thing I have by Canon is a photo printer.
