What can I do about christmas?

I'm a student studying 5 days a week and in this financial climate I can't find a part time job anywhere.

I had been saving for a good few months trying to save enough to buy my girlfriend a Digital Photoframe (Nikon Pulse). I was about to buy it when my best friend told me he seruously needed money. (I can't say what for but it was a no brainer lending it to him).

Now I'm left with about £40, no source of income and a matter of weeks till christmas.

Can somone please give me some advice, how to earn some cash, how to get a job, where to get a Nikon pulse discounted. Anything would help. I'm losing sleep over this, I lovr my girlfriend so much.

As long as it's from you, she should love it. You can save up more and maybe get the photo thing for her for her birthday. It will be special no matter what you get her.

Tell you "friend" to repay you. IF he doesn't then that tells you what kind of person he really is. YOu don't ever just give money to people especially if it's a significant amount unless you're married.

"Borrow" the money back from him. (Even though its yours!) And try eBay they have good little deals on there!

Does it have to be that particular photo frame? There are lots of cheaper alternatives:

Or you can try one of these to earn money:
