What Camera Shall I Buy?
I'm after a compact camera for under £360 approx with DSLR quality. I would like some recommendations on what camera to buy, I'm 15 and would use it mostly on pictures with friends and on holiday ect. I'd like it to have.
- Rechargeable Lion battery
-12+ Mega pixels
-Takes good low light photos
-Interchangeable lenses
-HD video
-Panorama shooting
-Compact
-FAST AUTO FOCUS/SHUTTER SPEED
I've looked at the Sony Nex range and i love the look of these, however they're too expensive. If anyone knows a cheap website that'd be appreciated! I've also looked at the Nikon J1 and love the look of it and the speed shutter speed but i'm concerned about the image quality!
does anyone know any cameras which fit in these criteria?
The J1 doesn't fare well in this review.
But see the other cameras here.

A couple of members in our photo group swear by the Lumix cameras. Shots are bright and clear.
And they are cheaper than the Nikon.
The reason DSLRs have better quality are two fold; superior lenses and much larger sensors.
The only compact cameras that will provide DSLR quality are the Canon G1X and Fuji X100. However, these are niche market cameras and may not be to your liking (and they cost more than some DSLRs).
The best compact cameras are the Canon G12 and Nikon P7100. While not as capable as a DSLR, they are far better than the average compact, and can be had for just under $400.
