Arrange them in decreasing order, best on the top.

1. Leica
2. Zeiss
Nikon/Nikkor, Canon, Pentax/Tokina each have very good ones, and some not so good ones. One can't put them into an order in a meaningful way. One would have to compare individual lenses for that.
Sigma and Tamron too have a few very good ones, and lots of mediocre stuff.

Leitz (Leica) has been well known for making some of the premier lenses for use on 35 mm cameras, but the number of lenses available makes them uneconomic for professionals to use. Leica cameras are mostly used by advanced amateurs who can afford the cost of owning a Leica system
Nikkor and Canon companies make lenses for both the entry level photographer (economic, less than $400) and high quality lenses like the Nikon ED and Canon L lenses. While these lenses are not inexpensive, they provide very high quality images for both professional and advanced amateur shooters. The number of available lenses in both the Nikon and Canon systems exceed 65.
Carl Zeiss makes lenses used by Hasselblad and some select cameras like Nikon and Canon. Sony has a license to make lenses using the Zeiss lens formulas, but to Sony specifications. Zeiss has been a good lens maker for decades and in many cases can perform as well or slightly better than the equivalent Nikon or Canon lens
Here are the results of lab tests of the Nikkor 50 mm f/1.4, Canon 50 mm f/1.4 and Carl Zeiss 50 mm f/2.0 (no f/1.4 tested)

Pentax/Tokina lenses have always been good performers and the generic Tokina lenses are the best of all the generic lenses made.
Sigma lenses are fine, but there are some drawbacks to their lens barrels.
* Some Sigma lenses can't be used on some Canon dSLR bodies after a firmware upgrade without sending the lens back to Sigma for an update of the on-board CPU (this is paid for buy the owner of the lens). At this time, Sigma and Nikon are in court re: possible patent infringement by Sigma on the Nikon image stabilization scheme, VR.

This question depends upon what camera body the lens is attached. Full frame vs DX vs 35mm film vs medium format. What's good for one pairing is not always ideal for another. In general Zeiss has the longest history of making the best optics. But for absolute best image quality a Mamiya 85mm on a medium format Mamiya will kill anything you have mentioned yet far.

For the top 5 or so brand lenses, it matters not - it is more the person taking the photo that matters.
